Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Advexa (“we”, “us”) is operated by [Legal entity name, ABN/ACN], [registered address]. These terms govern your purchase and use of Advexa services at advexa.co.
2. The service
We produce static advertising creative (“Ads”) for your product or service based on the brief you submit, publicly available information about your brand and category, and our research process. Ads are delivered as digital files in your Advexa account. Turnaround targets are stated on the checkout page. Meta and other platforms decide independently whether to approve any ad; we do not guarantee approval or any advertising result.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information in your brief (including prices, claims and selling points) is accurate and that you hold the rights to any images and materials on the pages you submit. You are responsible for compliance of your advertising with the laws of the markets you sell into and with each platform’s policies. We build to those rules as documented but cannot verify your substantiation for product claims.
4. Intellectual property
On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the delivered Ads for any commercial purpose. Our templates, prompts, software, process names and research methodology remain our property. We do not reproduce third-party logos, products, people or copyrighted material in your Ads; competitor advertising is analysed only for publicly observable structure.
5. Revisions, guarantee and refunds
Each Ad in a Starter Pack includes one revision. Monthly plans include up to three revisions per ad. If a Starter Pack is not delivered within 24 hours of a complete brief, we refund the purchase in full. If within 7 days of delivery you would not run any of the delivered Ads, tell us and we refund the Starter Pack purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and you keep everything already delivered. Consumer guarantees under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law) are not excluded.
6. Subscriptions
Monthly plans bill automatically each period through Stripe until cancelled. Each billing period opens a new brief in your account. Unused volume does not roll over.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to advertise products or services that are illegal in your market, to make claims you cannot substantiate, or to impersonate another business. We may decline briefs that would require us to produce advertising that breaches platform policy or law, with a full refund of that order.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for advertising performance, platform decisions, or indirect or consequential loss.
