The delivery guarantee

Starter Packs are delivered within 24 hours of a complete brief. If we miss it, email hello@advexa.co and we refund the purchase in full. You keep the ads.

The 7-day promise

If you would not run a single one of the delivered ads, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the Starter Pack. No forms, no argument.

Revisions

Every ad in a pack includes one revision. Monthly plans include up to three revisions per ad. If Meta rejects an ad for a creative or graphic reason, we re-cut it free. Revisions that would require breaching platform policy or stating something your page does not support are declined with an explanation and a compliant alternative.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime from your account. Billing stops at the end of the current period; delivered ads remain yours. If a drop misses its turnaround window, that drop is free.
