Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address and name (to run your account and send order emails); the business details, URLs and brief answers you submit; the ads, research and files we produce for you; payment status from Stripe (we never see card numbers); and standard server logs.

How we use it

To deliver the service you bought, to sign you in with one-time codes, to email you about your orders, and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information. With your consent we may show your brand as a customer; we never publish client work without permission.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing of brief content and generated creative), Foreplay (public advertising data), our hosting and storage providers. Each processes data only to provide its function to us.

Public data about brands

Our research reads publicly available web pages, reviews and public advertising libraries. We quote public statements with attribution and do not collect personal information about consumers beyond what they have published.

Retention and your rights

Account and order data are kept while your account is active and for the period required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to export or delete your data at hello@advexa.co. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988; EU/UK residents under GDPR/UK GDPR; Californian residents under the CCPA.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and Stripe’s cookies during checkout. Analytics or advertising pixels, if added, will be listed here.
